🚫 Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
We do not accept any returns, exchanges, or refunds under normal circumstances due to the nature of our products, which may include:
- Customized or made-to-order garments
- Size-specific outfits
- Delicate or intimate wear
- Sale or discounted items
- Color tone differences due to lighting or screen resolution
🛡️ Exception – In Case of Damage or Wrong Item
The only exceptions to this policy are:
1. Damaged/Defective Products
- Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
- Email hello@theelegancecorner.com with your order number, photos/videos of the issue, and a short description
- Our team will review and respond within 3–5 business days
- If approved, we may offer a replacement or store credit. Refunds are only considered when a replacement is not available.
2. Incorrect Product Shipped
- Notify us within 24 hours of delivery
- If verified, we will arrange return shipping at our cost and dispatch the correct item.

To preserve the quality and longevity of your garments, we strictly advise easy hand wash or dry cleaning only. Improper care will void any claim eligibility.

- Claims made after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted under any circumstances.
- No claims will be entertained for:
- Incorrect size selection (please refer to our Size Guide before ordering)
- Change of mind
- Minor color or texture variations
- All sale items are final sale and non-returnable, unless damaged in transit.
